PENEPARAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DI SD NEGERI SONGBANYU I GIRISUBO
Abstract
This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of grade IV students at SD Negeri Songbanyu I, Girisubo District, Gunungkidul Regency in the plant parts and functions. The purpose of the study was to determine the increase in learning outcomes on the theme by using the Project Based Learning model. The subjects of the study were fourth grade students of SD Negeri Songbanyu I with a total of 14 students. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, tests and documentation. This research consists of 2 (two) cycles where there is one meeting of learning activities in each cycle. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research success criteria set for student learning outcomes are 75 for a rating scale of 1-100 according to the minimum completeness criteria. The results showed that the application of the Project Based Learning model could improve student learning outcomes in the plant parts and functions, student activity increased based on observation data obtained from observers. Then student learning outcomes which became the main focus in this study also experienced an increase in each cycle. After the implementation of the Project Based Learning model in the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes increased to 62,14 and in the second cycle increased to 83.14. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model has an effect on the plant parts and functions learning outcomes in class IV Semester I students at SD Negeri Songbanyu I, Girisubo District, in the 2021/2022 academic year.
