PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV SD NEGERI KARANGSARI MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA AUDIO VISUAL

Abstract

This study aims to increase the interest and learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri Karangsari in learning about work around me. In the study of the theme of Work Around me, there are still many students who get scores below the specified KKM. From the results assessed by students, the researcher concludes that their learning is still not effective and efforts need to be made so that student scores can reach the specified KKM. Researchers involving peers make observations of students to find solutions to the learning outcomes that have been achieved by class IV students. This Class Action Research was carried out in class IV SD Negeri Karangsari District Buayan, Kebumen Regency, Central Java Province with the number of students consisting of 12 students. Consisting of 6 male students and 6 female students. This research was carried out in two cycles. For the first cycle the score reached the KKM 42%. After improvements were made in the second cycle, student learning outcomes increased and the achievement of KKM results became 100%, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media in learning can increase student interest and learning outcomes.
